Shipping and Return Policy

We aim to provide a great experience every time.  The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.

Shipping Accuracy Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

No weekend deliveries available. Orders are shipped 2 or 3 Day Air or Ground, depending on your location. The order placing cut off is Monday at 1:00pm ET to receive delivery the same week. Deliveries are made Tuesdays through Wednesdays only to ensure the freshness of the product.

Refunds and Replacements Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.

Ordering Policy Orders can be placed over the phone from 10 am to 3 pm ET Monday – Friday (Except major holidays) or 24 hours and 7 days a week via www.tmchocolate.com.

Cancellation policy or change of order Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 1pm ET the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.

Handling and Freshness All products shipped from Taylor Made Chocolate in Chester, Va. Shelf life of dark chocolate is typically one year, milk chocolate is typically nine month and truffles are typically two to four weeks.  Please keep this in mind when placing your orders.
